Here’s some shots from last nights epic CLUE investigation. It was a good four matches with @tnyangr winning three straight followed by @socoaddict making a run for the pool in the final match. I clearly played more conservatively than I should have. My attempt at figuring out CLUE from a mathematical and probability stand-point clearly held me back. Though I did discover there’s an algorithm for it and once I make it into an App… crime will be a thing of the past.

Or so I’ve been told I need to learn how to do that. It’s strange. Being in the Telus Spark Science Centre you’d think my inner engineer, my inner geek, my inner lego-building-ramp-o-death child would be let loose. Hey, there will be cool things for adults don’t get me wrong. Heh. It’s just more like being a kid, making loud noises, getting hands dirty, connect the dots and light up the lights and the odd science-y type things. Me, I wanted more lazers and lightning balls and vandagraph generators. Real Science. lol.

Last night The Lions released their brand new album, “Iconoclast”. It’s a double album that nicely compliments their previous, “New Rise of the Footsoldier”. And a nice collection to my car CD player that for the last 7 years has only contained The Lions CDs. That’s not a joke, that’s a fact. While I don’t remember the date of the day I met Chris and Liz (sometime probably in 2003 I think), I do remember the event. And I remember going to every single show, every single Friday at Michaelangelo’s. Sure, I haven’t been to every gig over the years, sadly, but the ones I can make… absolute bliss. This is my kinda music. My ears ring with joy. It’s Good’ole Rock n’ Roll.
Long live The Lions. Rock on.
